Recently, the Personnel Bureau of the Chinese Academy of Sciences unveiled the outcomes of the final evaluation for the 2020 innovative interdisciplinary teams. In accordance with the "Administrative Measures for Innovative Interdisciplinary Teams of the Chinese Academy of Sciences," following thorough expert reviews and subsequent approval by the Academy's Leading Group for Talent Work, four teams out of those established in 2020 have been distinguished with an "excellent" rating. Among these exemplary teams is the "Novel Semiconductor Quantum States Regulation Team," spearheaded by Researcher Zhang Jun from the Institute of Semiconductors.
