According to the information displayed on the website of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Hangzhou Sage Microelectronics Corp. accomplished its tutoring registration and filing (referred to as "tutoring registration" hereinafter) with the Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau yesterday. The company has set its sights on a public share issuance and listing for the first time, with Huatai United Securities being chosen as its tutoring broker.
It's worth highlighting that this isn't Sage Microelectronics' inaugural foray into the capital market. As indicated in the tutoring registration report, the company submitted an application to list on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in December 2022. However, later on, taking into account its own business development orientation and strategic planning, the company, along with its sponsor, made the decision to withdraw the listing application. In May 2024, the Shanghai Stock Exchange officially put an end to its review of the company's initial public offering and listing.
Publicly available information reveals that as a provider of data storage solutions, Sage Microelectronics' primary product range encompasses storage modules, storage controller chips and related services, as well as storage systems and applications.
