Since August, 18 companies intending to go public on the Beijing Stock Exchange have provided updates on their listing progress. Among these, 6 companies have released their second-round review inquiry letters, 2 have shared their third-round review inquiry letters, and the remaining 10 companies have unveiled their responses to the inquiries. The regulatory inquiries are delving deeper, centering on three pivotal aspects: the sustainability of company performance, the reasonableness of fundraising and investment projects, and the veracity of revenue figures. This approach underscores the Beijing Stock Exchange's regulatory stance, which aims to rigorously manage the entry threshold from the outset and elevate the caliber of listed companies.
