It further emphasized the vigorous promotion of duty-free store construction and the optimization of departure tax refund services, also known as the 'Buy-and-Refund' initiative. Simultaneously, the meeting stressed the significance of the real economy and manufacturing, pledging to sustain the growth of investments in industrial technological transformation, support the intelligent and digital transformation of traditional industries, and foster emerging industries like artificial intelligence and robotics. Additionally, the meeting proposed bolstering the application of new technologies, products, and scenarios, and nurturing new productive forces tailored to local conditions.
