On April 21, Ant Group announced the official establishment of its South China Digital Operation Center and WorldFirst Cross-border Trade Operation Center in Pazhou, Guangzhou. Prior to this announcement, the Guangzhou Municipal Government and Ant Technology Group had inked an agreement to enhance collaboration in digital finance, cross-border payments, and associated sectors. As part of Ant International's portfolio, WorldFirst's cross-border trade operation center concurrently made its debut in Guangzhou, solidifying a strategic 'dual center' layout designed to propel the high-quality development of cross-border digital trade and foster seamless connectivity and interoperability within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
