Oracle announced on Tuesday that it will expand its partnership with OpenAI by introducing the AI lab's ChatGPT and Codex into its applications to enhance database operability. Mahesh Thiagarajan, president of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, stated at Oracle AI World that ChatGPT will enable anyone to build, deploy, and manage applications. For OpenAI, this collaboration marks another foray into the enterprise market. Notably, just a day earlier, its main competitor, Anthropic, filed its S-1 document as it moves toward an initial public offering.
