Together, these innovations create a closed-loop system for comprehensive medical services, seamlessly integrating AI technology with real-time consultations provided by certified doctors and offline medical appointments. The health camera supports various methods for uploading information, accurately identifying dynamic vital signs and common symptoms. It then uses AI to match users with professional doctors, facilitating consultations and boosting the professionalism and trustworthiness of the services. The Good Doctor Consultation Room has attracted over 150,000 verified doctors from top-tier hospitals, providing 24/7 online consultations with responses as quick as one minute, covering four major medical departments. Relevant functions are currently available free of charge for a limited period. At present, Baidu Health’s AI services have over 50 million monthly active users, with the Wenxin Health Assistant ranking first among tested products in a comprehensive evaluation of four key capabilities.
