On October 21, Jiaxian Communication made a significant announcement regarding the launch of several AI-RAN device prototypes tailored for a wide range of scenarios. Among these innovative prototypes are:

• An AI computing power distribution base station, specifically engineered to cater to concurrent intelligent computing clusters. This base station offers substantial computing capabilities and ensures stable network support.
• A 6G integrated AI-RAN base station, distinguished by its multi-layer hardware integration architecture. This design facilitates the deployment of local AI Agents, enhancing the station's intelligence and adaptability.
• A 6G edge AI agent, which ingeniously combines 6GHz wireless access with edge AI computing prowess. This single device seamlessly integrates communication coverage with edge intelligence functionalities, supporting both standalone networking and cascading multi-point coverage.

On the same day, Jiaxian Communication forged a strategic partnership with Tongyu Communication. The two entities are poised to collaborate closely on AI-RAN and edge computing initiatives. Notably, on August 4 of this year, Tongyu Communication revealed its plans to acquire approximately 25% of Jiaxian Communication's equity for a sum of RMB 300 million, further solidifying their collaborative endeavors.
