Barclays stated that the bond turmoil surrounding CoreWeave is not sufficient to trigger panic about the health of the AI sector. Analysts at the bank noted in a Monday report that even if this provider of 'next-generation cloud infrastructure' faces further difficulties, investors need not fear a broader crisis. Last week, yields on some of CoreWeave's bonds surged to 15%, causing a sharp decline in its stock price. However, Ajay Rajadhyaksha, head of global research at Barclays, believes investors should not overreact. He compared the incident to another major event that once sparked market panic, noting that its long-term impact was limited and manageable.
