Jinghua Misuan, a tech firm founded in 2024 with a specialization in AI confidential computing, has recently declared the successful closure of its Pre-A funding round, raising nearly 100 million yuan. This funding initiative was co-led by Zhongguancun Science City and Beijing Venture Capital, with additional contributions from Huacang Capital and Jizhi Investment. Current investors, such as InnoSpring Science and Technology Innovation Fund and Shengjing Jiacheng Venture Capital, also augmented their stakes. Remarkably, this represents Jinghua Misuan's third funding round within a six-month span. The capital will be primarily allocated to the in-depth integration with domestic computing capabilities, the iterative enhancement of underlying confidential computing technologies, and the R&D of specialized confidential computing chips. Jinghua Misuan has deviated from the general-purpose computing route, focusing instead on AI intelligent computing. It has reengineered the foundational cryptographic layer to devise the OPT architecture. This groundbreaking architecture effectively overcomes the challenge of achieving a balance between "security, efficiency, and versatility" in privacy computing, minimizing efficiency losses to commercially acceptable levels while eliminating dependence on overseas GPU-TEE. It is fully compatible with domestic computing platforms like Ascend and Hygon. Leveraging these technologies, Jinghua Misuan has introduced a confidential large model infrastructure platform and constructed a comprehensive product suite spanning the development, application, and terminal and data protection layers. This suite includes Trusted Token, the all-in-one confidential intelligent agent development platform "Confidential MaaS," the first domestic confidential AI dialogue platform "Ink Bear," and the fully encrypted meeting recording system "Secret Listening." Notably, Trusted Token's weekly consumption has surpassed 10 billion. Previously, Jinghua Misuan's solutions have been successfully deployed in 17 countries and regions in collaboration with a multinational corporation, serving nearly 100 million users and effectively tackling critical performance and security issues. Currently, Jinghua Misuan has forged strategic cooperation agreements with numerous computing power cloud providers and completed access collaborations for certain products with a leading cloud provider. Furthermore, the company has jointly launched the world's inaugural AI data insurance with The People's Insurance Company of China, providing up to 2 million yuan in privacy protection and network data damage compensation for AI dialogue products, thereby establishing a comprehensive trust system that incentivizes usage and offers compensation. Jinghua Misuan seeks to overcome the "AI usage hesitancy" challenge in highly sensitive contexts by establishing confidential computing as a digital infrastructure that facilitates the widespread deployment of large models and the Agent era. The company intends to progress along the path of setting benchmarks, implementing scenarios, and constructing a confidential computing cloud ecosystem, thereby making confidential computing a standard feature of the AI era. The investors in this round have expressed strong approval of Jinghua Misuan's technological prowess, commercialization strides, and industry outlook.
