On August 25th, 51job, a prominent domestic human resources service provider, published its "2027 Campus Recruitment AI Talent Market Insights". Drawing on survey data from over 8,000 enterprises and individuals, the report underscores how AI technology is fundamentally reshaping the job landscape for fresh graduates. Nearly 30% of companies have already integrated AI talent acquisition into their campus recruitment efforts, with 56.8% of these firms experiencing a year-on-year surge in demand for such professionals.
In terms of specific job roles, AI application development engineers are the most sought-after, comprising 53.9% of the total demand. When evaluating candidates, companies prioritize a solid foundation in mathematics and statistics (58.9%), closely followed by expertise in machine learning theory and practice (46.5%).
The survey also sheds light on notable salary variations across different AI roles. Large-scale model algorithm engineers enjoy the highest median monthly salary at 27,329 yuan, with positions in multimodal AI and deep learning also surpassing 26,000 yuan per month. In stark contrast, AI data trainers receive a mere 8,977 yuan monthly, which is less than one-third of the compensation offered to top-tier roles.
