Based on information from individuals with inside knowledge of the situation, NVIDIA has reached an agreement to shell out US$6 billion for licensing Poolside's cutting-edge artificial intelligence models. Moreover, the tech giant has rolled out job offers to more than 100 of Poolside's staff members. In a further move, NVIDIA is set to inject an additional US$1 billion, propelling Poolside's valuation to US$12 billion prior to the investment.
