On July 29, 2026, ArcSoft (688088.SH) made an announcement revealing that its principal shareholder, who also serves as the chairman and general manager, Hui Deng, has put forward a proposal to conduct a share repurchase using the company's internal funds. This will be executed through centralized bidding transactions, with the total buyback amount set to be not less than RMB 100 million (inclusive) and not exceeding RMB 150 million (inclusive).
