On July 27, NVIDIA, in partnership with 37 prominent technology and security entities—such as Adobe, Microsoft, and IBM—came together to establish the Open Security Artificial Intelligence Alliance. This alliance is dedicated to bolstering the security and dependability of AI systems throughout their development, deployment, and governance phases. It will facilitate the sharing of open models, data, and cybersecurity tools, while also urging policymakers to back open-source AI security initiatives. The founding members represent a diverse array of pivotal sectors, encompassing cloud computing, cybersecurity, open-source ecosystems, enterprise software, and AI research.
