Insilico Medicine announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it has entered into a research and development collaboration with SK Biopharmaceuticals to jointly explore AI-driven innovative drugs in the field of neuroimmune diseases of the central nervous system. According to the agreement, Insilico Medicine will receive an upfront payment of up to $18 million and near-term milestone payments, with the potential total deal value exceeding $2.5 billion, including development, regulatory, and commercial milestone payments, as well as single-digit percentage royalties based on net sales after product commercialization.
