Harbour BioMed and BioMap have forged a comprehensive strategic partnership to jointly establish MegaStream Techbio, a new AI pipeline development company targeting the global market. Harbour BioMed will provide access to its fully human antibody platform, target biology research, and global clinical development resources, while BioMap will offer foundational AI technology support, model engineering, and intelligent R&D capabilities. The initial R&D pipelines of MegaStream will encompass previously collaborated AI drug development projects and newly initiated AI-native pipeline projects. The founders from both parties will be entitled to potential upfront payments, success milestones, and royalty sharing in accordance with industry practices.
