According to industry insiders on Friday, following Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix is also considering the widespread adoption of AI technology to optimize workflows. SK Hynix CEO Kwak Noh-Jung stated at a meeting on Thursday that the company is seeking to strike a balance between protecting industrial technology and expanding AI applications, while evaluating the possibility of introducing external generative AI models. He mentioned that the company is considering adopting Microsoft 365 and CoPilot, while also assessing the potential internal applications of ChatGPT from the perspectives of security and system architecture.
