Following the spin-off, ByteDance will maintain a majority stake in the newly formed entity, which will fully incorporate the core AI drug discovery team, algorithms, technological platforms, and existing pipeline assets. The new company will continue to benefit from computational support provided by Volcano Engine and will be primarily managed by the original ByteDance AI drug discovery team.
