Luo Yonghao, the visionary founder of Smartisan Technology, has recently undergone a title transition at Smartisan Software (Beijing) Co., Ltd., shifting from executive director to director. Sources close to the matter reveal that this alteration is merely a standard industrial and commercial realignment, a pre-planned move within the company's personnel framework, devoid of any extraordinary circumstances. Luo Yonghao continues to forge strong collaborative ties with multiple enterprises under the 'Smartisan' umbrella, retaining his pivotal position as a core executive.
Previously, Smartisan Technology grappled with operational hurdles stemming from product sales and project execution, which led Luo Yonghao to assume substantial debts. However, he has demonstrated remarkable resilience, having already repaid close to 1 billion yuan, with the remaining obligations being systematically cleared.
Furthermore, in 2022, Luo Yonghao ventured into new territories by establishing Beijing Thin Red Line Technology Co., Ltd. Initially, the company set its sights on AR product innovation but subsequently pivoted towards the burgeoning AI sector. It introduced the AI assistant software, J1 Assistant, and the AI audiobook application, 'Qieting'. Despite these technological advancements, both products have yet to capture significant traction in the consumer market, and the company's journey towards AI commercialization remains fraught with challenges.
