According to reports, NVIDIA has acquired Kumo AI, a small four-year-old startup, with a transaction value of at least $400 million. Kumo AI specializes in developing foundational models designed to enable precise business forecasting. Its three co-founders, Vanja Josifovski, Hema Raghavan, and Jure Leskovec, have joined NVIDIA. This acquisition will expand NVIDIA's AI model library, allowing for further customization by enterprises.
