The platform builds detailed skill profiles for enterprises and adopts a 'proactive push' logic to match complex requirements. Currently, Ethos adds approximately 35,000 professionals weekly, with clients including top hedge funds and AI labs. Its annualized revenue is expected to surpass $10 million as it accelerates its global market expansion.
