One of them, Shivon Zilis, a former OpenAI director from 2020 to 2023, now holds an executive position at Neuralink and is the mother of four of Musk's children. Her testimony unveiled previously undisclosed informational ties between Musk and OpenAI, offering fresh insights into their relationship. The other key witness, Mira Murati, the former CTO of OpenAI who stepped in as interim CEO in 2023 following Altman's brief ouster by the board, delivered her testimony via video link. Murati didn't hold back, directly accusing Altman of causing management turmoil, fostering an environment of distrust, displaying inconsistency, and even engaging in deceptive practices.
