Recently, Hanxu Technology, a prominent domestic AI chip enterprise, teamed up with Samsung’s ecosystem design partner SEMIFIVE to successfully tape out an edge AI chip leveraging Samsung’s 8nm eMRAM (embedded Magnetic Random Access Memory) process. This achievement marks Asia’s first commercial implementation of 8nm embedded MRAM technology.
