Specifically, when a user logged an expense for purchasing clothes for their father, the AI sarcastically likened the garments to 'burial shrouds for the deceased,' completely overlooking the potential offense such a comparison could cause. This led the user to terminate their membership and seek a refund.

On May 6th, the app's operator issued a response, clarifying that the inappropriate comment originated from logical errors within the AI's script library. The technical team promptly addressed the issue by repairing the model and enhancing oversight measures. Additionally, the official released an 'Apology Letter,' acknowledging substantial deficiencies in the AI's boundary control and its understanding of cultural sensitivities. They expressed a willingness to assume full responsibility for the incident.
