According to a report by the Financial Times on May 6, Meta is developing a highly personalized AI assistant for over 3 billion users to handle daily tasks. This assistant, powered by the new Muse Spark AI model, is currently in internal testing. Meta's move benchmarks the open-source project OpenClaw, aiming to create more user-friendly agent tools. Despite facing investor skepticism over rising AI expenditures and plans to lay off 10% of its workforce, CEO Zuckerberg continues to invest billions of dollars in AI infrastructure and talent recruitment. Previously, Meta attempted to recruit the founder of OpenClaw without success, as the founder has since joined OpenAI.
