Recently, the Cyberspace Administration of China discovered that the mobile applications 'CapCut' and 'CatBox', along with the 'JiMeng AI' website, had not effectively implemented regulations for identifying AI-generated content, thereby breaching relevant laws, including the Cybersecurity Law. In response, the Cyberspace Administration of China directed local cyberspace regulatory bodies to enforce measures against these platforms. These actions include conducting interviews, issuing orders for corrective action, issuing warnings, and taking strict legal measures against individuals responsible for the violations.
