Recently, eight key departments, encompassing the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, have collectively released the Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Promotion and Utilization of Artificial Intelligence in the Bidding Sector. These opinions elucidate that by the conclusion of 2026, pivotal scenarios, such as the examination of bidding documents, will attain comprehensive coverage across select provinces and cities. Furthermore, by the end of 2027, an expanded array of scenarios will be rolled out nationwide, accompanied by the accumulation of experiences in model training and scenario application, thereby fostering the standardized evolution of the bidding market.
