On February 14, 2026, the official website of the China Securities Regulatory Commission disclosed that Manycore Tech Inc. ( Qun Nuclear Technology ) has obtained a notification for overseas issuance and listing filing. The company plans to issue no more than 312 million ordinary shares for overseas listing and to be listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with J.P. Morgan and CCB International serving as joint sponsors. Manycore Tech Inc. is expected to become the first listed company among the 'Hangzhou Six Little Dragons'.
