China Literature (00772) witnessed a robust start in early trading, with its shares jumping over 6%, building on a nearly 10% surge recorded the previous day. As of the current reporting time, the stock price has climbed by 4.09% to reach HK$39.28, accompanied by a trading volume of HK$195 million. In his Spring Festival internal memo, Hou Xiaonan, CEO of China Literature, emphasized that the swift advancement of AI technology has underscored the immense value of original content, with the significance of captivating narratives poised to be magnified to unprecedented levels. China Literature is set to fully integrate AI across various phases, encompassing content ideation, high-caliber production, IP (Intellectual Property) development, and global expansion. A particular emphasis will be placed on pioneering new frontiers, such as AI-driven comic dramas, to boost the efficiency of IP development and unlock greater value potential. BOC International highlighted that, according to Xinhua Net data from January 2026, over ten of China Literature's works have amassed more than 100 million views, while over 80 comic drama titles have surpassed the 10 million view mark. With the launch of Seedance 2.0, the production costs for comic dramas have seen a decline, while the quality has witnessed an enhancement, indicating that the industry is on the cusp of experiencing accelerated growth.
