On Tuesday, Randstad, one of the globe's top recruitment giants, unveiled a survey report. According to the report, as businesses are leaning more and more on AI chatbots and automation technologies, a whopping four-fifths (80%) of employees reckon that AI will have an impact on their daily work routines. Among them, Gen Z workers are the most worried. This extensive survey encompassed 27,000 employees, 1,225 employers, and sifted through over 3 million job postings across 35 different markets.
