Tencent QQ has announced via its official Weibo account that group chats on the platform now boast a Yuanbao AI summary feature. To utilize this function, users can effortlessly click the 'AI Summary' button located in the top-right corner of their group chat interface and activate it post-authorization. It's important to note that the AI-generated summaries are exclusive to the individual user who requested them; Tencent QQ neither retains these summaries nor employs them for any other objectives. Furthermore, on December 8th, the official source also revealed the reintroduction of QQ's classic version. Notably, the PC iteration of QQ now supports dual-mode switching, empowering users to tailor the display of their message list and chat window, choosing between a split or combined layout. Zhang Jun, Tencent's Director of Public Relations, remarked on this development, stating, "Sometimes, the best things make a complete comeback."
