On November 21, the “Yifeng Zhixin” advanced packaging project, a collaborative venture among Luohu Investment Holdings, Emdoor Information, and Avary Holding, was officially signed in Luohu District, Shenzhen. As a pivotal player in this initiative, Emdoor Information is set to harness the project's potential to bolster its “AI+” strategic vision. This will involve expediting the enhancement of its AI terminal portfolio, expanding AI application scenarios, and infusing fresh vigor into the company's pursuit of high-quality growth. The project will incorporate state-of-the-art technologies, including 2.5D and 3D packaging, along with fully eco-conscious processes. These advancements will spur innovation in AI hardware and smart wearable devices, catering to essential requirements such as miniaturization, energy efficiency, and extended battery life for AI terminals. By implementing chip-level packaging technology in PCB modules and system terminals, the project will contribute to establishing Luohu District as a powerhouse for the aggregation of strategic emerging industries.
