Xiaomi has made an official announcement regarding the release and complete open-sourcing of its large embodied model, MiMo-Embodied. This model stands out as the industry's inaugural cross-domain foundational framework, seamlessly integrating autonomous driving with embodied intelligence. It possesses the unique ability to uniformly model tasks across both domains. The model is distinguished by three pivotal technological advancements: its cross-domain capability span, bidirectional collaborative enhancement, and unwavering reliability through full-chain optimization. In a series of 29 pivotal benchmark evaluations, MiMo-Embodied showcased outstanding prowess in the realms of embodied intelligence, autonomous driving, and general vision-language tasks, thereby establishing a new benchmark for performance among open-source foundational models.
