Recently, SUPCON and Wanhua Chemical jointly unveiled the industry's inaugural 'unmanned scheduling' system, which commenced operations at Wanhua Chemical's Penglai Industrial Park. This milestone event signifies a monumental leap forward in the intelligent transformation of China's chemical industry, transitioning from 'autonomous operation of individual units' to 'fully autonomous factory management'.

Powered by AI at its core, this system orchestrates real-time scheduling for 14 production units and 31 types of media materials throughout the entire plant. Leveraging an intelligent closed-loop mechanism encompassing 'omnidirectional perception, dynamic evaluation, autonomous decision-making, and automatic execution', it ensures self-supervision of production statuses, autonomous intervention in abnormal situations, and continuous optimization of operational processes.

Utilizing AI-driven anomaly detection technology, the system vigilantly monitors thousands of process parameters and equipment signals around the clock. It constructs highly accurate pipeline network models to forecast transportation conditions, issues anomaly alerts three minutes in advance, and boasts a model accuracy rate of 99%. By standardizing 2,380 scheduling scenarios into streamlined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), it establishes a 'second-level closed loop' for command dissemination and feedback, slashing emergency response times by over 85%.

This groundbreaking system not only propels Wanhua Chemical towards achieving a trifecta of safety, efficiency, and cost optimization but also embeds core scheduling expertise into reusable AI models, diminishing reliance on seasoned personnel. Serving as a pivotal foundation for intelligent upgrades in the process industry, the system offers a replicable blueprint for 'fully autonomous factory operations'. Looking ahead, it will be deployed across Wanhua's eight major production bases nationwide and holds the promise of being replicated in sectors such as petrochemicals and coal chemical engineering, aiding China in forging new competitive edges on the global industrial stage.
