Utilizing AI-driven anomaly detection technology, the system vigilantly monitors thousands of process parameters and equipment signals around the clock. It constructs highly accurate pipeline network models to forecast transportation conditions, issues anomaly alerts three minutes in advance, and boasts a model accuracy rate of 99%. By standardizing 2,380 scheduling scenarios into streamlined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), it establishes a 'second-level closed loop' for command dissemination and feedback, slashing emergency response times by over 85%.
