Tailored to unravel the intricate interplay among genes, cells, and drugs, this model elevates AI's role from a mere auxiliary tool to a sophisticated life system modeling engine. It paves fresh paths for uncovering cancer targets and tailoring personalized treatment strategies. Constructed on the Transformer encoder framework and pre-trained via masked language modeling techniques, Tx1's training dataset encompasses 266 million single-cell transcriptome profiles. Additionally, it incorporates Tahoe Bio's proprietary Tahoe-100M perturbation dataset, which has garnered nearly 200,000 downloads from the global scientific research community.
