This functionality is currently accessible on both desktop and mobile web platforms, granting users the ability to seek travel recommendations and evaluate various travel services. Leveraging integrated technology from ChatGPT, KAYAK is capable of delivering precise information. Initially, this feature is exclusively offered in English and has been launched in the United States. However, starting this month, it will gradually expand to other countries and languages. Moreover, KAYAK is set to introduce voice request capabilities to further elevate the user experience.
