The FFmpeg open-source multimedia library has integrated MPEG-H 3D audio decoding capabilities. MPEG-H 3D audio, as the next-generation immersive audio standard, can serve as an alternative to Dolby Atmos, supporting 22.2-channel three-dimensional sound field reconstruction and real-time adjustment of interactive audio parameters. Its audio components have been included in the ITU-R BS.2493 standard and are applied in digital television systems in countries such as Brazil.
