According to the "2025 AI Talent Mobility Report", the volume of newly advertised AI positions in July 2025 witnessed a staggering tenfold surge compared to the same period the previous year. Concurrently, the number of resumes submitted for these roles soared by 11 times year-on-year. By July, a staggering total of over 1,000 companies had listed 72,000 AI job vacancies on the Maimai platform. Among these, ByteDance, Xiaohongshu, and Alibaba emerged as the top three companies with the most job postings. Regarding remuneration, Microsoft's newly listed AI positions boast an impressive average monthly salary of 90,345 yuan, the highest across all companies.
