On September 9, 2025, the Hangzhou Municipal Economy and Information Technology Bureau publicly solicited opinions on the 'Three-Year Action Plan for Accelerating the Development of the Artificial Intelligence Terminal Industry in Hangzhou (2025-2027) (Draft for Solicitation of Comments)'. The plan proposes developing new human-vehicle interaction, domain controllers, in-vehicle audiovisual, and other terminals for the intelligent upgrade of vehicle cabins; developing high-performance in-vehicle cameras, LiDAR, millimeter-wave radar, and other environmental perception terminals for advanced self-driving needs; and simultaneously developing vehicle-road coordination terminals such as in-vehicle connected terminals for large-scale applications of Beidou.
