On June 1, JCET officially opened its new high-density 3D system integration factory at its Jiangyin Chengdong production base, with the first batch of equipment already in place. The new factory includes a cleanroom of approximately 7,000 square meters and is expected to commence operations by the end of this month, providing advanced packaging technologies and services for fields such as AI computing center power modules.
