Next month, LG Innotek is set to initiate an expansion project for its semiconductor substrate factory in Vietnam. This endeavor will be carried out with direct investment through its Vietnamese subsidiary, and the project is anticipated to reach completion by May 2027. Once expanded, the factory, which spans an area of 330,000 square meters, will be engaged in the production of various semiconductor substrates, including RF-SiP, FC-CSP, and FC-BGA.
