On June 3, the 16th Songshan Lake China IC Innovation Summit was held in Dongguan. He Jun, CEO of Nanjing Chipvision, officially released the Tianmu 80 series 0.13-inch LCoS silicon-based microdisplay chip during his speech. This chip is the world's smallest LCoS chip, setting a new record for the size of microdisplay hardware in the industry. It features a resolution of 640×480, with pixel dimensions of 4.0×4.0 microns. Utilizing reflective LCoS monolithic full-color display technology, it supports high-speed serial interfaces such as MIPI and LVDS, and boasts four key characteristics: high pixel density, precision manufacturing, micro-scale breakthroughs, and intelligent chip control.
