Tesla has finally unveiled its autonomous taxi service on a limited scale in Austin, Texas, albeit slightly behind schedule. The service is currently available only in select areas of Austin and comprises a fleet of approximately 10 to 20 vehicles. Customers can hail rides via a dedicated mobile application. Tesla aims to operate the service from 6 a.m. to midnight daily in Austin.
