The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has recently announced the 396th batch of the "Announcement of Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturers and Products," showcasing the latest NIO ES8 model. This new ES8 boasts dimensions of 5280mm in length, 2010mm in width, and 1800mm in height, with an impressive wheelbase of 3130mm. It is powered by a ternary lithium-ion battery and a dual-motor system, enabling it to reach a top speed of 220km/h. NIO's founder, Li Bin, disclosed that the company plans to introduce 9 new models this year, encompassing the newly upgraded ET5, ET5T, ES6, EC6, and others, along with the highly anticipated third-generation ES8 and several models from the Ledao series. As one of NIO's flagship offerings for 2023, the new ES8 is anticipated to hit the market in the fourth quarter.
