On May 13, ZEEKR Group announced the formation of a special committee, comprising independent directors, tasked with assessing the privatization offer made by Geely Automobile. This offer was initially presented on May 7, and the evaluation process has only just commenced. At this stage, ZEEKR has not reached any decisions regarding the proposal.
