Following President Trump's announcement of an escalation in import tariffs on automobiles, Audi has opted to temporarily halt the delivery of new vehicles to US dealerships. Consequently, all vehicles scheduled to arrive in the US after April 2 will be held back. An Audi spokesperson clarified that there are currently over 37,000 vehicles in the US that are unaffected by the new tariffs and are ready for sale, sufficient to satisfy market demand for approximately two months.
