On April 2, Ai Tiecheng, the outgoing President of NIO Power, announced his resignation via the NIO App. In his place, Shen Fei, who previously oversaw NIO's energy operations, has been appointed as the new President. Shen Fei will now be responsible for sales and regional management, reporting directly to Qin Lihong, President of NIO. Concurrently, Qu Yu, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of NIO, will take on an additional role as the head of the energy business. In this capacity, Qu Yu will assume Shen Fei's former responsibilities and will report to Li Bin.
