On March 19, Nezha Auto convened a supplier conference at its Shanghai headquarters, convening over 100 partners to deliberate on a debt resolution plan amounting to approximately RMB 3 billion. The company proposed a novel strategy, converting 70% of suppliers' outstanding debts into equity in its parent entity, Hozon Auto. The remaining 30% of debt obligations would be maintained as interest-free liabilities, to be repaid in 15 equal cash installments, with the initial payment scheduled to commence in May. This innovative approach aims to streamline Nezha Auto's asset-liability structure and pave the way for fresh financing opportunities, marking a significant step towards the company's transition into a service-oriented enterprise.
