On March 18, HuaWang Automobile Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. was officially incorporated with a registered capital of RMB 1.5 billion. Serving as its legal representative is Ge Xianqing, Deputy General Manager of GAC Group. The company's sphere of operations encompasses automobile sales, production of automotive components and accessories, marketing of new energy vehicle manufacturing and testing equipment, as well as the sale of complete vehicles. Currently, HuaWang Automobile is fully owned and controlled by GAC Group, with the potential to introduce additional investors in the future. According to reports, this venture is the GH project company previously announced by GAC Group, with the objective of establishing a novel automotive brand in partnership with Huawei.
