Yuntong Group, a former top-100 auto dealer, has recently encountered issues at its 4S stores nationwide, including delays in vehicle deliveries, partial closures, and unpaid wages. Reports indicate that a Jaguar owner bought a car from Chengdu Yuntong Shengjie Jaguar Land Rover 4S store on January 6th of this year, expecting delivery by January 27th. However, over two months have elapsed, and the vehicle has yet to be delivered. Comparable situations have arisen in various Yuntong Group 4S stores across the country, primarily due to strained capital chains. New car certificates have been pledged to banks and cannot be redeemed, leading to an inability to fulfill delivery commitments. Furthermore, some stores are currently operating in a semi-closed state, and employees are facing wage arrears.
